East Java Arabica Grade 2 is a relatively lighter to medium body coffee, clean and thick, less acidic, rustic overall flavor profile, lingering finish and herbaceous subtleties in the aftertaste, low-toned richness, less earthy than some other Indonesian coffees such as Sulawesi and Sumatra. At finish a bit quicker than other Indonesian coffees, contains a slightly spicy or smoky twist. Sweet impression overall, very smooth and supple. 0.8 to 1.4 % caffeine content, screen size of 15 -19, moisture max. 13 %, defect value as per sample, hand picked & washed processed.
