These are actual leaves from the coffee plant, prepared as a herbal tea. Arabica leaves were used and fresh leaves get selected and washed, then dried under the sunlight for 1 to 3 days and were toasted over mild fire for several minutes until they finally turned into a nice brown color. Coffee leaf tea delivers antioxidants yet has very little caffeine. It has a smooth flavour without bitterness or dry aftertaste like regular teas. These form of raw fine leaves (1-5 mm) can brewed or steeped in hot water in a form similar to tea. The resulting liquor is similar in taste to green tea, but with less caffeine content (12 mg/ 250 ml) than either regular tea or coffee but more antioxidant content (11.20 miwmole TE/ml).
